Build habits that actually stick.
The old health advice stopped working. You didn't stop trying.
Behaviour-based coaching for women in perimenopause and menopause who are tired of blaming themselves when the same routines stop fitting their life.

Is this you?
Your body, energy, and motivation feel different than they used to, and the routines that used to work don't fit anymore
You start strong, fall off, and end up blaming yourself
You know what you're "supposed" to do. Following through is the hard part
You want something realistic for your real life, not another all-or-nothing plan
I'm a Behaviour Analyst who also works in fitness and nutrition behaviour. I use behaviour science to help you look at what's getting in the way, then build small, repeatable actions around movement, strength, protein, steps, sleep, stress, and recovery that fit the life you have right now. We make each habit easier to start and easier to repeat, and the support fades as your independence builds.
Personalized goal setting based on your real life
A custom action plan built around your schedule, energy, and starting point
Daily accountability and simple tracking
Weekly check-ins and adjustments as we go
Support that gradually fades as you build independence
Who it's for: women who know what to do and want real help following through
Step 1: We start where you actually are. We look at your current routines, what's getting in the way, and what you want, so we build something realistic.
Step 2: We build your plan. Personalized and built around your life, not a generic program. We start smaller without lowering your standards.
Step 3: We build consistency. Check-ins, adjustments, and accountability so the habit gets easier to repeat.
Step 4: We build on what's working. As consistency grows, we adjust the plan so you keep progressing, and the support fades as your independence builds.
This isn't about doing everything perfectly. It's about building habits you can actually keep.
I don’t just tell you what to do I help you actually follow through.
I am a Behaviour Analyst, BCBA, and Registered Behaviour Analyst in Ontario, as well as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and NASM Women's Fitness Specialist. My passion is bringing behaviour analysis beyond traditional settings and applying it to health, wellness, and long-term habit change in a way that is practical, individualized, and sustainable.
My interest in this work is not only professional, but personal. I have used behaviour analytic principles in my own life to build healthier routines, improve consistency, and make habits feel more achievable and realistic. Through that process, I saw firsthand how powerful behaviour analysis can be when it is applied to everyday life, not just to clinical or academic settings.
That experience is a big part of why I created Healthy Bxs. I believe behaviour analysis has the potential to help so many more people live healthier, more sustainable lives. My goal is to use this science to support others in building systems that work for their real lives, so healthy change feels possible, manageable, and lasting.
