I am a Behaviour Analyst, BCBA, and Registered Behaviour Analyst in Ontario, as well as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and NASM Women's Fitness Specialist. My passion is bringing behaviour analysis beyond traditional settings and applying it to health, wellness, and long-term habit change in a way that is practical, individualized, and sustainable.
My interest in this work is not only professional, but personal. I have used behaviour analytic principles in my own life to build healthier routines, improve consistency, and make habits feel more achievable and realistic. Through that process, I saw firsthand how powerful behaviour analysis can be when it is applied to everyday life, not just to clinical or academic settings.
That experience is a big part of why I created Healthy Behaviours. I believe behaviour analysis has the potential to help so many more people live healthier, more sustainable lives. My goal is to use this science to support others in building systems that work for their real lives, so healthy change feels possible, manageable, and lasting.
